Job Description Job Description Hiring Press Brake Operators in Hanover, MD We are hiring an experienced Press Brake Operator to bend and form sheet metal in a brand?new manufacturing facility. This is a steady, full?time role with strong opportunities for growth. What You'll Do Set up and operate press brake machines Bend sheet metal based on blueprints and measurements Make angle/flange adjustments as needed Enter programs and dimensions into the machine Check finished parts for accuracy Keep area clean and follow all safety rules Work with your team to keep production running smoothly What You Need 1–3 years of press brake experience Able to read blueprints/drawings Good attention to detail Basic mechanical skills Able to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and do repetitive tasks English preferred (Spanish is a plus) Schedule 6 AM or 7 AM shift First week includes full training Why Work Here High?growth company (three businesses merged—more opportunities!) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
