Engineer Job Description We are seeking experienced Senior
Electrical Engineers to lead electrical design projects for power
distribution equipment, supporting our rapidly growing business.
This role focuses on the design of complex electrical systems,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer
requirements. Responsibilities Design electrical systems for
switchgear, switchboards, and power distribution equipment. Create
one-line diagrams, control schematics, and electrical drawings.
Perform electrical calculations, including load studies and basic
protection coordination. Support development of electrical
specifications and bills of material. Ensure designs comply with
NEC, UL, and other relevant standards. Create technical
documentation using AutoCAD Electrical and other design tools.
Support manufacturing with electrical drawings and technical
assistance. Participate in design reviews and continuous
improvement initiatives. Assist with customer technical support and
application questions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on
project execution. Learn and apply company design standards and
procedures. Participate in training programs and professional
development activities. Work under the guidance of Senior engineers
to develop expertise. Support field service and testing activities
as needed. Contribute to process improvements and standardization
efforts. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical
Engineering. 3-5 years of experience in electrical design or a
related field. Knowledge of electrical power systems and NEC
standards. Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD
Electrical. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective
communication and teamwork abilities. Additional Skills &
Qualifications Experience with power distribution equipment design.
Knowledge of UL 891/1558/67 and NEMA standards. Understanding of
protection and control systems. Manufacturing or field service
experience. PLC programming knowledge. Data center or industrial
applications experience. EIT certification or plans to pursue PE
licensure. Work Environment The facility is large and currently
under construction for the next 5-6 weeks. Work hours are from 8 am
to 5 pm. The environment is fast-paced, providing ample

a Permanent position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and Benefits The
pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/yr. o Health

company match, and additional voluntary benefits. Eligibility for
health benefits begins on the first day of the month following 30
days of employment and eligibility for the 401 (k) begins on the
first day of the month following 60 days of employment. A summary

Holidays client provides 10 paid holidays each calendar year. The
2025 holiday schedule includes: New Year’s Day, President’s Day,
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & the
day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. o
Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) We believe in the importance of
taking time to rest, recharge, and pursue personal interests.
Therefore, we offer an unlimited PTO policy that allows you to take
the time off without a fixed number of days. We trust our employees
to request time off through the proper system with a minimum of two
(2) weeks prior notice, manage their time responsibly, coordinate
with their teams, and prioritize business needs. Maximum
consecutive days an employee shall be out on PTO/holidays shall not
