Job Description Job Description Job Title: 3rd Shift - Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our team from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. You will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality output and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the production process, including product selection, packaging, assembly, finishing, and shipping. Follow a layout to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium. Prepare substrates for vinyl application, including cutting, painting, laminating, and cleaning. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, type of vinyl, and complexity of images. Operate and maintain printers efficiently. Conduct quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a work order and proofing for errors or unacceptable standards. Perform finishing operations such as laminating and mounting of printed pieces. Report inventory levels and manage stock to be reordered. Clean and maintain storage areas. Handle multiple projects simultaneously. Essential Skills Experience in production, assembly, and general production techniques. Proficient in inspection and use of hand tools. Skilled in machine operation and general labor tasks. Ability to efficiently load and use a tape measure. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods of time. Capability to lift 50 or more pounds. Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and perform back-and-forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
