Job Description:
Exelon Corporation, a leader in the energy sector with a diverse

is seeking a Principal Project Manager to oversee major projects
across our facilities. This role requires a strategic leader
capable of driving project success while aligning with our core
values of innovation and sustainability. Based in Chicago and
serving customers across six states, this position offers the
chance to make substantial impacts in a dynamic and evolving
industry. Lead large-scale projects from conception to completion,
ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the
required quality standards. Coordinate and integrate the efforts of
cross-functional project teams to achieve seamless project
execution. Assess and manage the potential risks and opportunities
inherent in complex projects in the energy sector. Engage with
stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to ensure
alignment and support for project goals. Track and report project
progress to senior executives and other stakeholders, providing
strategic recommendations when necessary. Implement resource
strategies to achieve project goals efficiently while adhering to
regulatory and environmental guidelines. Promote a culture of
sustainability and innovation within project teams. Expert level
understanding of project management principles and methodologies
(e.g., PMP, Agile). Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
effectively with team members and stakeholders. High proficiency in
budget management and cost optimization. Robust risk management
capabilities and ability to work under pressure. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project
Management Professional) certification required. Knowledge of ISO
standards, Six Sigma, or related quality management systems is
preferred.
