remote employment within the continental United States.Primary
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AI engineers and software engineers to
integrate AI into production software systems
- Build internal tools for AI and analytics workflows
- Manage data processing pipelines for integrating terabyte-scale
data from multiple sources into our AI applications
- Coordinate with product managers, software engineers, and
customer-facing teams on product roadmap and enhancementsBasic
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in a technical development
role
- Experience building AI applications and integrations
- Experience creating RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
workflows
- Experience with vector databases/embeddings
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with AWS environments (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and
non-technical team members
- Conscientious, curious, dedicated, and quality-focusedIdeal
Qualifications:
- Multiple demonstrated projects building AI applications,
personal or work related
- Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)
workflows
- Professional experience with software engineering, data
warehousing, Linux systems
- Experience with AWS Bedrock

day.Compensation:The anticipated starting salary (base) range for
thisrole is$76,500 - $109,000per year. Actual salary variesdue to
factors that may include but not be limited torelevant experience,
skills, and location.At EAB, it isnot typical for an individual to
be hired at or near thetop of the starting salary range for their
role.This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionarybonus
or incentive compensation. Variablecompensation may depend on
various factors,such as individual andorganizational
