respond to this flyerDuties--- You will act as the Assistant
Program Manager for Engineering (APM-E) for the Program Executive
Office for Manpower, Logistics, and Business Solutions (PEO MLB),
part of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program
Office.--- You will give guidance and technical oversight to the
Program Office, lead engineers and contractors in charge of the
design, software development, implementation, integration and
delivery of N1 apps/programs via IT life cycle standard
procedures.--- You will manage processes in technical planning,
requirement and configuration management, test and evaluation,
technical assessments, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity,
decision analysis, risk, interface and technical data
management.--- You will lead collaboration efforts with other Navy
and PEO MLB programs to include planning of required enterprise
engineering and certification events.--- You will align the NAVWAR
engineering technical review (ETR) assessment processes to the
Program development and delivery review milestones, providing input
into funding requirements for development/assessments and cost
oversight as appropriate.--- You will present briefs to senior
management to report engineering progress, identify
risks/issues/opportunities, gain program support and obtain program
decisions.--- You will serve as an Assistant Program Manager for
Engineering (APM-E) assigned to the Office of the Chief Engineer
(5.0) of the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) and
will be embedded in (PEO MLB)Requirements Conditions of

strength of materials (stress-strain relationships); (c) fluid
mechanics, hydraulics; (d) thermodynamics; (e) electrical fields
and circuits; (f) nature and properties of materials (relating
particle and aggregate structure to properties); and (g) any other
comparable area of fundamental engineering science or physics, such
as optics, heat transfer, soil mechanics, or electronicsOR
BCombination of education and experience -- college-level
education, training, and/or technical experience that furnished (1)
a thorough knowledge of the physical and mathematical sciences
