CACI is looking for an experienced Senior Unified Communications Video Engineer in support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) customer in NCR.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts.

Typical duties include:

• Lead the technical delivery of projects, including design, configuration, and testing of technical solutions for enterprise Unified Communication (UC) Video communications.
• Prepare detailed product designs and documentation,
• Ensure all requirements are met
• Provide financial estimates for implementation and sustainment
• Deliver implementation schedule with milestones for integration into the enterprise and transfer to Operations for government approval.
• Ensure designs comply with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community, and International Partner Interoperability/compatibility standards, current/future system plans, and security requirements.
• Help define security standard methodologies and develop innovative voice solutions

  • Experienced in leading edge unified communication products
  • Design, development, delivery, and experience of Unified Communication (UC) System platforms that improve the performance and scalability of existing systems
  • Enable sharing of information between security domains UC systems include but are not limited to Call Managers, Cross-domain systems, Deployable/Mobile Communications Packages, Desktop Video Conferencing (DVTC) Systems, Meeting Servers, Streaming Servers, and Studio Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) Systems.
  • Extensive UC communications systems knowledge should include CiUC systems include but are not limited to Call Managers, Cross-domain systems, Deployable/Mobile Communications Packages, Desktop Video Conferencing (DVTC) Systems, Meeting Servers, Streaming Servers, and Studio Video Teleconferencing (SVTC) Systems.
  • Extensive UC communications systems knowledge should include Cisco CODECs, Cisco Expressways, Cisco Meeting Server, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Border Elements (CUBE), Cisco Webex, CODIAN Multipoint Connection Unites, Communications Via Satellite, Microsoft Teams Services, Session Boarder Controllers, VBrick, VCWizard, V2CDS/V3CDS, and Voice & Video over Internet Protocol (VVoIP) Endpoints.
  • Highly desirable knowledge includes Bridging Microsoft Teams with CUCM and other UC Systems, DoD security requirements, DoD enterprise system architecture, Network integration and troubleshooting, installing and configuring systems in an SCI environment, and supporting VIP customers.
  • Extensive knowledge of telecommunications protocols H.323, MGCP, SIP, and E.164.
  • Bachelors degree with 7+ years experience witH UC
  • DOD 8570 IAY 2 compliance
  • CUCM Manager Course
  • Fully adjudicated TS/SCI clearance
