Job Description:

Key Role:Provide overall engineering and administration support in a distributed clustered Splunk environment consisting of search heads, indexers, deployers, deployment servers, and heavy and universal forwarders, spanning security, performance, and operational roles. Recognize and onboard new data sources into Splunk, analyzing the data for anomalies and trends and building dashboards highlighting the key trends of the data. Work within a Linux environment, editing and maintaining Splunk configuration files and apps.Basic Qualifications:4+ years of experience in a Splunk role working in a Splunk clustered environment3+ years of experience in Linux and SQL/ODBC interface2+ years of experience in app interface development, using REST APIsAbility to follow Change and Configuration ManagementTop Secret clearanceAssociate's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience automating Splunk Deployments and orchestration within a Cloud environmentBachelor's degreeSplunk Certified Architect CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
