We're looking for a Junior Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to
support our government customer in Arlington, VA area who is
excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our
clients' business. You'll be accountable for technical quality of
challenging engineering tasks, as you gain familiarity with the
client's expectations, scope, budget and schedule. Your role keeps

This position requires a TS security clearance with SCI eligibility
and the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses.
- Analysis, track and maintain building asset records and

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with
at least two (2) years of MEP design experience OR four (4) years
of practical experience in facility construction or maintenance of
facility equipment and systems.
- Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility that has
been adjudicated in the last 5 years or in designated CE status and
the ability to obtain and maintain special accesses.
- Proficient with Computer Aided Design Programs and Microsoft
Office programs (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Power Point and
- Knowledge of engineering principles of building design,
facility systems, utilities, critical infrastructure, including but
not limited to
- Ability to read and understand facility and system drawings,
diagrams and schematics.
- Ability to provide timely deliverables and reports to customer
IAW established procedures and protocols.
- Ability to perform day-to-day engineering reviews, maintenance
data system reviews, including workload planning and workload
- Ability to analyze data and assure facility mission readiness
and baseline system capabilities are met.

Physical Requirements Most work will be done at a desk or
Work Environment General Office environment. The work environment
is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures.
The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and
cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals
across the Company and Customers.
Equipment & Machines General office equipment including PC/laptop,
Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other
miscellaneous office equipment.
Attendance Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to
work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However,
times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs
to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be
