SPN Solutions is seeking to hire a Healthcare Interoperability Engineer to work as a part of a technical team responsible for designing and deploying the largest global electronic health record system across the entire Department of Defense (DoD) community.Required Experience/Skills* 7+ years of specialized Systems Engineering experience (Military Health strongly preferred). * Certifications in one or more of the following industry competencies; Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSE, CISSP, or combination of CompTIA Network+ and Security+.* Superior verbal and written communication and customer service skills including presenting to senior government officials. * Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with customers and program office members in multi-vendor environments.Requirements* Develop Architecture, Security, IA, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering and programmatic processes. * Educating cross functional teams on the engineering of emerging technologies to include Cloud Computing, Host-Based Architectures, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Mobility, Big Data Analysis, etc. * Provides Enterprise Service technical implementation support in a broad area of technology such as Storage (Cloud/Private/Hybrid), Virtualization, Directory Services, Enterprise Management, Cyber and Network Routing for multiple client configurations in preparation for Go-Live events. * Oversee timely resolutions of critical and/or complex technical problems within multiple IT platforms and network enclaves. * Provides Subject Matter Expertise to identify the best of breed COTs capabilities for the customer. * Identify business and technology risks, gaps, and opportunities effecting the sites Go-Live events. * Work multiple projects and teams concurrently within deadlines while ensuring that complex information is conveyed in a clear, accurate, and concise manner under normal and in crises. * Preparation of executive presentations to live audiences. Special consideration for * Experience in DoD Healthcare IT and/or Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. * Experience in deploying/delivering enterprise EHR products including Cerner and EPIC.* DoD and/or NIST 800 series Cyber Security. * Best practices such as ISO, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma and Agile Scrum. * Certifications in one or more of the following AWS competencies (Associate/Professional/Specialty); Solutions Architect, DevOps, Cloud Practitioner, Security and/or Network. * Enterprise Management System(s) capabilities such as SCCM, MS Server (2008/2012), Active Directory, Citrix, VMWare, Palo Alto, Cisco, NetApp, Oracle, Fidelis, HADOOP, TwistLock, AWS Micro Container Services. * System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Requirements, Use Cases, Release Management, Testing, Risk Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management experience. * Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition lifecycle working in major acquisition.
