as an All Source Analyst specializing in Energy (Oil and Natural
Gas Infrastructure). Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling,
Washington, D.C. LCAT: Mid Clearance requirement: TS/SCI with
willingness to take CI polygraph Required experience/education: 3
years of experience and bachelor's degree OR 7 years of experience
in lieu of degree Basic Qualifications: 3 years of experience with
energy infrastructures, systems, resources, facilities /
installations, networks, and equipment. Energy infrastructures may
include electric power, oil, and gas production / generation,
transmission, and distribution systems along with oil and gas
reserves Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command Environments Ability
to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior
policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written
products and formal or informal briefings Bachelor's degree, or 7
years of experience in intelligence in lieu of a degree Additional
Qualifications / Nice to have: Experience with network development
tools and methods Knowledge of ICD 203 and 206 analytic tradecraft
standards Knowledge of electric power plants or oil pipelines or
refineries and associated equipment Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR An
