Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time opportunity is currently available for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support middle school students within a school setting. This position offers a contract appointment from now through June 2026, with weekly hours ranging from 32 to 37.5. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to middle school students Collect and analyze behavioral data to measure progress and adjust strategies Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster positive behavioral outcomes Provide direct behavioral support and guidance consistent with a caseload of middle school students Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with program standards Qualifications and Experience: Valid RBT certification or BCBA credential required Prior experience working with behavior management in a school environment is essential Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention techniques Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Ability to work independently and manage caseload responsibilities effectively Location: Hanover, NH - position involves working within the Mascoma Valley Regional School District This role offers a meaningful chance to support student growth and positive behavior development in an educational setting.
