Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a school district in Mesquite, Texas. This contract role spans from ASAP through May 28, 2026, offering an opportunity to work closely with both general education and special education populations. The BCBA will play a critical role in addressing disproportionality concerns by delivering direct behavioral interventions, staff training, and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Assignments may vary across schools within the district, providing a dynamic and impactful environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver behavior assessment and intervention services to K-12 students. Collaborate with educators and staff to support equitable educational outcomes. Provide training and professional development to school staff on behavioral strategies. Supervise RBTs to ensure implementation fidelity and effectiveness. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Participate in team meetings and maintain thorough documentation. Qualifications: Active BCBA certification/license. Experience working with diverse student populations in educational settings preferred. Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and special education regulations. Ability to provide effective supervision and training to staff. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Location: On-site in Mesquite, Texas.
