Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A position is
available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work within an
educational setting supporting students from Kindergarten through
5th grade, with various openings across grades K-12. This contract
role is located in York, PA, and offers potential opportunities for
Extended School Year (ESY) work. Responsibilities include: -
Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and
communication disorders in students. - Developing and implementing
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students
needs. - Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other
professionals to support student progress. - Maintaining accurate
records of therapy sessions and student development. -
Participating in meetings related to student services and
educational planning. Preferred qualifications and experience: -
Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. -
Experience working with elementary school students, particularly
grades K-5. - Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and
protocols. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work
effectively with students, families, and school staff. - Ability to
provide services during regular school hours with flexibility for
ESY assignments. Location: - York, Pennsylvania, within a school
district setting. Compensation: - Hourly rate from $36.52 to $50.62
based on experience and qualifications. This role offers the
