Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) seeking to support K-12 students in a dynamic school district setting. You will provide essential behavioral support across multiple campuses, working closely with Behavior Interventionists to promote positive student outcomes. Location: Arlington, TX Duration: Contract through 5/22/26 Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch) Setting: Onsite in K-12 classrooms, primarily self-contained or life skills settings Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct behavioral interventions and support to students with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and emotional disturbances Collaborate with campus Behavior Interventionists and teachers to implement behavior plans and model effective strategies Manage challenging behaviors, including high levels of restraint and aggression, following established protocols Flexibly rotate between 2-3 campuses weekly to meet student needs Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and supervisory BCBA guidelines Qualifications and Experience: Current national Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with students exhibiting severe behavioral challenges, including aggression and self-restraint Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support teachers and behavioral staff Benefits and Perks: Work closely with licensed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) providing supervision and guidance Gain diverse experience across different campus settings Structured work schedule with predictable hours If you hold a current RBT certification and are committed to making a positive impact in a K-12 educational environment, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to advance your career while supporting students growth and development.
