Job Description Job Description Construction Project Manager - Restaurants Project Manager/Estimator Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and coordinate restaurant construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring quality and client satisfaction in commercial construction environments. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans and timelines for restaurant construction projects. Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management. Experience with restaurant construction projects. Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
