Job Description Job Description About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Technician for our Resort Services team. As a Carpenter and Locksmith, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests by maintaining and repairing various structures and equipment throughout the resort. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with other technicians and staff to maintain the high standards of our resort. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in carpentry and locksmithing Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications: Certification in carpentry or locksmithing Experience working in a resort or hospitality environment Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Responsibilities: Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various structures and equipment throughout the resort Responding to guest requests for repairs or maintenance in a timely and professional manner Maintaining accurate records of all work performed and materials used Collaborating with other technicians and staff to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively Ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and resort policies Skills: As a Carpenter and Locksmith, you will use your expertise in carpentry and locksmithing to maintain and repair various structures and equipment throughout the resort. You will also use your strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. In addition, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in collaborating with other technicians and staff to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively. Finally, your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics will be crucial in ensuring that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and resort policies.
