Qualifications for this key position include: A demonstrated passion for home repair projects A track record of high performance and achievement Well-rounded experience in residential construction. To include a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following trades: Demolition Trim and rough carpentry Cabinet installation Drywall installation, finishing and repair Painting Tile installation and repair Light plumbing (faucet/fixture replacement, appliance installation) Light electrical (fixture installation/replacement, device installation/replacement) Hardware installation Understands the importance of being on time and safety Ability to work in an occupied home. Maintaining a clean and safe work area, at all times, is critical. Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with clients. Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately with management.
