Position Summary We are hiring an HVAC Install Helper to support our installation team in delivering top-tier HVAC systems to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a skilled HVAC technician. The ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and associated systems (furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, etc.) Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to and from job sites Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment Support fabrication and installation tasks, including ductwork assembly, equipment placement, and system connections Learn to use hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Follow instructions from lead installers and adhere to safety protocols on every job site Provide professional and respectful communication with customers and team members Assist with cleanup and final site walkthrough upon job completion Operate company vehicles responsibly when required Qualifications 12 years of HVAC or construction-related experience preferred(but not requiredwe will train motivated candidates) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs) and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, etc.) Possess own tools Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Basic understanding of hand and power tools is a plus Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required) High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred) Military experience or technical school training is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay starting at$16$20/hour, based on experience Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Professional development and on-the-job training opportunities Clear path for advancement to apprentice and journeyman roles Schedule Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Occasional overtime available Why Join Siegman Forced Air Systems?
