Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced European
A-Level or Master Automotive Technician for a top-performing
independent shop in Frederick, MD . This is a Monday–Friday role
with a consistent workflow, zero weekends, and flat rate pay at
$45–$50/hr , depending on experience. Top techs are earning $90,000
annually . This shop tackles the full spectrum of repair work—from
light maintenance to deep-dive diagnostics on tough Euro diesels.
You'll work alongside a skilled crew in a well-equipped, heated
facility that values quality, resourcefulness, and teamwork. Key
Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of complex issues
on European vehicles (VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Sprinter) Perform
major diesel work including cylinder heads, fuel injectors, DEF
systems, and more Read and interpret wiring diagrams and
troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently Complete diesel service
and routine maintenance with minimal supervision Use advanced
diagnostic tools such as Autel and Launch, and manage workflow
through AutoLeap software Maintain a clean, professional workspace
and uphold shop standards Collaborate with teammates to ensure

diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting skills Able to work
independently and manage repairs from start to finish Valid
