seeking a Facilities Representative – Level 3 to join our team in
McLean, VA. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate
telecommute work. Our Facilities Representative will ensure a safe
and well-maintained environment by managing vendors, executing
conferences and events, managing logistics, overseeing supplies,
all while adhering to safety regulations and budgets. This position
plays a key role in managing workplace operations and space
utilization to support both employee needs and organizational
efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing space planning
initiatives, ensuring optimal use of facilities, and leveraging
workplace management tools such as AgilQuest, Archibus and AutoCAD
to streamline reservations, track occupancy and support reporting
needs This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other
Friday off In this job, you will: Plan and coordinate office moves,
establishing timelines, tracking milestones, and collaborating with
internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and successful
relocations. Create and manage SOWs for projects and new vendors,
outlining scope, objectives, milestones, and service level
requirements. Manage service contracts and liaise with workplace
service vendors and contractors. Oversee conference center
scheduling and planning to ensure efficient room utilization,
accurate reservations, and smooth execution of meetings and events
Maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace for employees.
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors. Managing event
databases and records. Ensure compliance with safety regulations
and standards. Other duties as assigned If this job description

our team! Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of
professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of
professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional
experience. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in
lieu of degree. No clearance required to start Excellent
organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Proven expertise in planning and project
management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple
priorities/clients. Ability to interact effectively with a variety
of management levels. Proficiency in MS Office Suite - specifically
high-level Excel skills. Experience in AutoCAD Preferred
Qualifications: Knowledge of Northrop Grumman facilities and

Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance
coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid
holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal
