Job Description:
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative
assistant to support a growing team of 4 to 7 high-performing real
estate agents. In this role, you'll assist with daily
administrative tasks, manage schedules, coordinate appointments and
showings, and help keep our agents organized and efficient.
A key part of your role will involve nurturing leads by maintaining
our CRM, assisting with follow-up communications, and ensuring no
opportunities fall through the cracks. You'll also support team
marketing initiatives, help prepare materials for client meetings,
and assist with organizing a monthly newsletter and open
houses.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is
tech-savvy, and enjoys being the go-to support person who helps the
team stay focused and productive.

Responsibilities:
--- Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of 4 to 7
real estate agents, including scheduling and coordinating
appointments and showings.
--- Maintain and manage the team's CRM, ensuring lead records are
up to date and no follow-up opportunities are missed.
--- Assist with lead nurturing by supporting follow-up
communications through calls, texts, emails, or automated
workflows.
--- Help prepare client-facing materials and support marketing
efforts such as monthly newsletters, social media content, and open
house coordination.
--- Keep the team organized and on track by managing calendars,
task lists, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced
environment.
Qualifications:
--- Must have a valid Real Estate License
--- Flexible working schedule to accommodate clients on nights and
weekends
--- Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and customer database systems
--- Great written and verbal skills
--- Previous experience in the real estate industry
