Our client, an insurance company in Arlington, VA, is seeking a temporary Office Assistant to support their team!About You:1+ years of office experience required.No degree is required.Proficient in MS Office Products.Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to be 100% on-site at the Arlington, VA location.The Job:Prepare documents for the post-closing team.Ensure all documents are signed, notarized properly, and delivered to correct parties.Obtain missing info and respond to emails from clients and lenders.Assist with day-to-day operations and send loan documents via FedEx.Scan all closing packages and send to appropriate parties.This is a temporary position that pays $20/hr and is slated to last through the end of the summer.
