The Work and Rewards Office Line of Business Leader (OLL) role is an integral part of the leadership team spanning the Metro DC market, the Southeast U.S. and our North American Work and Rewards Leadership Team. The OLL is a team leader and senior Work and Rewards Consultant serving as strategic advisor to clients concerning their Work and Reward related issues; including Workforce Strategy, Executive Compensation, Broad Based Rewards, Sales Compensation, Data and Software. As OLL, you will manage P&L delivery, drive local sales and marketing strategy, manage and expand large client relationships, and lead and develop the local team - including staffing and recruiting strategy. You will contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the Work and Rewards LOB.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The RoleSales and marketing strategy: Primary accountability for leading and executing a business strategy to penetrate the market, introduce new clients to the firm and expand relationships with current clients in order to meet annual revenue goals. To help achieve these goals, you will work with senior sellers across the Health, Wealth & Career Segment and Risk & Broking to position the Work and Rewards LOB to:Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and servicesCollaborate with Client Management Group and sales teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accountsOperations management, P&L responsibilities: Contribute to development of plans and budgets, delivering planned performance and ensuring both local market and regional units generate revenue, profit and market share growth in accordance with the local, regional and geography LOB planPeople management and development: Develop and execute on strategic staffing plans for the office, including all people processes (e.g., recruiting, training and development, goal setting and performance management, employee engagement and compensation/bonus recommendations)Lead people management process: Establish People Management team and ensure all aspects of the performance and pay process are executed effectively for your staffCollaboration: Collaborate across Region(s), Geography, LOBs and Segments to effectively pursue and deliver on multi-faceted global opportunitiesClient relationship management and delivery: Responsible for all aspects of local delivery of Willis Towers Watson advisory, data and technology solutions for the LOB; collaborate with the Work and Rewards LOB Practice Leaders to develop client strategies to deepen, broaden and build profitable relationships, including the management and deployment of staff to effectively deliver client workStrategy, new product, IC development: Support the development, commercialization and dissemination of IC in cooperation with IC leadership and be the Work and Rewards LOB face in your marketEnsure appropriate governance and work quality process are adopted on all work carried out -The Requirements10+ years of business experience, including demonstrated team leadershipSignificant knowledge and understanding of Work and Rewards programs and processesExceptional client relationship management skillsStrong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insightsAbility to work independently as well as working collaboratively to assist others in generating a deal flowAbility to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the segment and the geographyKeen business acumen and proven ability to align clients' business strategies and programsSelf-starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environment and operate fairly independentlyAn executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skillsAvailability to travel on an as needed basisBachelor's degree required, MBA preferredWillis Towers Watson may be subject to mandatory employment-related COVID-19 vaccination requirements. - Therefore, to the extent any such mandates apply, you may be required to certify and provide documentation of full vaccination against COVID-19 if you are hired in the U.S. If you accept an offer from WTW and are subject to a mandate but are unable or unwilling to be vaccinated because of medical reasons or sincerely-held religious beliefs, you may request a medical or religious accommodation. - If you require an accommodation, the Company will evaluate your request and work with you to identify reasonable alternatives to vaccination, if available. -Job: -Consulting -Primary Location: -United States-Virginia-Arlington -Schedule: -Full-time
