Spirit of America seeks an exceptional, mission-driven individual to serve as Administrative Coordinator who will report to Spirit of America's Special Assistant to the CEO (Special Assistant). Spirit of America is based in Arlington, Virginia and the Administrative Coordinator position must be based in the Washington, D.C./DMV area.Responsibilities* Provides the Special Assistant logistics and scheduling support to execute the CEO's schedule and strategic calendar.* Manages essential information for the office of the CEO by maintaining lists, updating Salesforce and creating reports.* Supports out of office requirements and maintains continuity and communications on behalf of the CEO and Special Assistant.* Conducts research to support the Special Assistant and CEO's strategic initiatives.* Prepares and compiles briefings and coordinates preparation material from the Spirit of America team for the office of the CEO.* Drafts correspondence for the Special Assistant and the CEO.* Itemizes and prepares all internal expense reports for the CEO and Special Assistant.* Provides ad hoc support to the Spirit of America leadership team.Qualities And QualificationsYou are motivated, dependable and hardworking.
