Job Description:
Spirit of America seeks an exceptional, mission-driven
individual to serve as Administrative Coordinator who will report
to Spirit of America's Special Assistant to the CEO (Special
Assistant). Spirit of America is a privately-funded citizen service

Virginia and the Administrative Coordinator position must be based
in the Washington, D.C./DMV area.Responsibilities* Provides the
Special Assistant logistics and scheduling support to execute the
CEO's schedule and strategic calendar.* Manages essential
information for the office of the CEO by maintaining lists,
updating Salesforce and creating reports.* Supports out of office
requirements and maintains continuity and communications on behalf
of the CEO and Special Assistant.* Conducts research to support the
Special Assistant and CEO's strategic initiatives.* Prepares and
compiles briefings and coordinates preparation material from the
Spirit of America team for the office of the CEO.* Drafts
correspondence for the Special Assistant and the CEO.* Itemizes and
prepares all internal expense reports for the CEO and Special
Assistant.* Provides ad hoc support to the Spirit of America
leadership team.Qualities And QualificationsYou are motivated,

equally well, no matter who they are.Requirements:* A Bachelor's
degree and a great attitude.* High emotional intelligence and
exceptional writing skills.* Minimum of two years of work
experience, ideally with some administrative and/or scheduling
experience (this may include a high-level internship or fellowship
experience).* Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and
database experience, preferably Salesforce.* Work outside of normal
business hours.* Thrives in a "no typos leave the building"
environment.Salary$42,000 - $55,000To express interest in this
