Job Description Job Description We are a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to serving the Baltimore community. With a growing team and expanding programs, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in reporting. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday–Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely on other days. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field Experience assisting or leading the month-end close process (required) Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams Experience with intercompany and multi-entity accounting (preferred, not required) Compensation & Benefits Generous PTO Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization making a meaningful impact in Baltimore
