This firm partners with privately held businesses and high-net-worth individuals, delivering proactive tax strategies and deep advisory relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and review complex tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. - Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients across industries. - Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants and seniors. - Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value. - Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to firm-wide thought leadership. Key Skills & Qualifications: - CPA license required. - 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on tax. - Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax regulations. - Proven leadership and team development skills. - Excellent communication and client service abilities. - Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx) and Microsoft Office Suite.
