Job Description:
At Genworth Financial, Inc., a leader in financial insurance
products, we are looking for a Worksite Administration Consultant
to enhance our client servicing teams within the insurance sector.
This role focuses on improving and managing our administration
processes at various client worksites to ensure effective service
delivery and compliance with industry standards. The ideal
candidate will have a solid background in insurance administration,
exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of
enhancing workplace procedures and client satisfaction. Assess and
optimize administrative processes at client worksites to ensure
efficiency and compliance with both company and regulatory
standards. Implement and oversee the adherence to insurance
policies and procedures at various worksites. Coordinate with
internal teams and external clients to facilitate smooth operations
and address any issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of
worksite evaluations, implementations, and outcomes to inform
senior management. Conduct training sessions for client employees
on new systems or policies introduced by Genworth Financial.
Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data management
systems and enhance reporting capabilities. Regularly update
clients and senior management on worksite administration
performance and initiatives. Proficient in CRM software and MS
Office. Strong understanding of insurance policies and the
regulatory environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to
manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Medical
Insurance 401k Life Insurance Certified Insurance Service
Representative (CISR) or equivalent preferred. Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification a plus.
