decisions. You'll acquire the skills to optimize live tour requests
and rapidly expand your business infrastructure. Our strategic
approach empowers agents to consistently achieve 2-3 closed
transactions monthly within their first 90 days, fueled by our
premium lead sources and industry-leading support framework. We
uphold exceptional standards through our comprehensive onboarding
and training program. In your first 5 days, you'll develop
essential skills, including advanced lead conversion techniques,
expert consultation abilities, and comprehensive contract
knowledge. Our ultimate goal is to accelerate your path to active
property showings and successful deal closures. What we seek in our
agents: A genuine passion for guiding clients seamlessly through
real estate transactions Active and current real estate licensing
is required - DC preferred Expertise in crafting comprehensive
purchase and listing agreements Advanced proficiency in property
valuation and precise pricing strategies A steadfast commitment to
client responsiveness and availability Meticulous maintenance of
