their financial goals. Job Details Position Overview: We are
seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior Tax Manager who is
passionate about developing meaningful relationships with clients.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional who
values working closely with individuals, small businesses, and
estates to understand their unique needs and provide proactive tax
advice. The ideal candidate will be a CPA or EA and will have a
proven track record in tax compliance, strategy, and client
relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a
diverse client portfolio, including individuals, small businesses,
and estates, providing comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and
advisory services. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
by gaining a deep understanding of their personal and business
goals. Collaborate with clients to create tax strategies that align
with their financial objectives and mitigate tax liabilities. Stay
current with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations,
ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely advice. Manage
and review tax filings for individuals, corporations, and trusts,
ensuring accuracy and compliance. Mentor and develop junior tax
staff, providing guidance and training on tax matters and client
service best practices. Work closely with firm leadership to
identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance overall
client service. Communicate complex tax matters in a clear and
concise manner to clients, making sure they understand their
options and implications. Qualifications: Certified Public
Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory,
with a strong focus on working with individuals, small businesses,
and estates. Proven ability to manage client relationships and
provide exceptional service. Strong technical knowledge of federal,
state, and local tax laws. Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
