Evoke is seeking a Pricing and Program Financial Analyst to join
our team in Washington, DC area.Evoke Consulting is a Federal

firm.Responsibilities:PricingLead and or support contract pricing
includes model generation, development of Work Breakdown Structures
(WBS) and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), creation of time-phased
budgets/financials, and population of customer templatesEnsure BOEs
and Level of Effort (LOE) analysis aligns with the PWS requirements
outlined in solicitations to achieve maximum value for minimum cost
by integrating and collaborating with other proposal team
membersProvide pricing strategy recommendations to increase revenue
and/or profit in response to solicitationsCost Volume Book Boss and
author of related pricing narratives; ensure pricing
narratives/volumes align with accompanying narrative/volumes to
produce a cohesive proposal package for submissionConduct market
research to assess the competitive landscape on similar products
and services (i.e., Black Hat activities)Assess data from a variety
of sources to gain competitive insights into pricing
strategiesDocument lessons-learned post-submission and action them
accordingly to improve the pricing development process
continuouslyBrief resultant pricing and strategy/approach to senior
company leadership/executivesSupport concurrent solicitation
responses while maintaining a high level of accuracy in work
products; high level of organization requiredProgram
Control/FinanceLead project set up and maintenance in compliance
with contractual terms and conditionsEstablish time-phased cost
performance baseline budgets and Estimate to Complete (ETC) /
Estimate at Complete (EAC) for the customer and internal
forecasting requirements, including indirect expensesSupport
oversight of subcontractor negotiations, modifications, and
financial performance monitoring (and select vendors as
required)Monitor contract & subcontract funding status, providing
reliable and timely notification of funding status by line item
detail as requiredSupport accurate and timely billing to our
customers, including rapid resolution of accounts receivable/cash
collections issues with customersSupport subcontractor/consultant
invoice reviews checking for accuracy and adequate funding, as well
as assist with processing invoices through accounts payableProvide
analytical contributions to identify financial risks,
opportunities, profitability, variances, and issue resolution in
collaboration with Project Managers, Contracts, Procurement and
Finance/AccountingPerform analytical review, accuracy, quality, and
compliance checks of cost reporting documentationPerform ad-hoc
financial analysis as requested by various stakeholdersContribute
to the development of monthly Program Review supporting
documentationSupport the monthly close process including monthly
revenue recognition, indirect cost research, Budget to Actuals
Variance Analysis, and ReportingPeriodic audit support as
requiredEducation and Years of Experience:Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent with at least 6 years
experience in the federal Government contracting industry serving
in pricing and program finance roles; 4 years additional relevant
years of experience may be substituted for a degree.Professional
Experience and Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft products with
expertise in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint and working knowledge of
SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsExpert-level user in Microsoft Excel
and a working knowledge of relevant accounting software systems;
JAMIS Prime accounting software experience preferredExperience
working as a pricing and program control/finance analyst in the
Government contracting industrySuperior organization skills and
dedication to completing projects on time; very high attention to
detail and work quality is a must;Strong analytical & research
skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and demonstrates
critical thinkingAbility to anticipate requirements and proactively
address new tasks to completionGood negotiation and problem-solving
skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must
effectively communicate and present complex information to
senior/executive leadershipAbility to prioritize and multitask in a
fast-paced environment to deconflict competing deadlines and
maintain superior work qualityEnthusiastic and passionate about
contributions towards work products and driving the overall success
of the companyWorking knowledge of FARExperience with Federal
Supply Schedules and Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts
preferredSecurity Clearance:Applicants selected must be eligible to
work in the United States and may be subject to a government
