The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting. -**background in professional services accounting is strongly preferred**FP&A: --- - - - - - -Oversee and lead annual budget planning budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with CEO --- - - - - - -Revenue and profit YOY growth --- - - - - - -Comp-to-revenue, staffing --- - - - - - -Biz Devel with VPs, developing pipeline (from rev/profit perspective) --- - - - - - -Client & Product pricing models and client contracts, including negotiations, with CEO --- - - - - - -Update financial business policies and procedures --- - - - - - -Administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes; and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization's financial status. --- - - - - - -Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting, in conjunction with Kym --- - - - - - -Lead financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements. --- - - - - - -Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance department's overall policy and procedure manual. --- - - - - - -Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the board of directors. --- - - - - - -Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, time & expense invoicing, and other transactions) --- - - - - - -Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, in conjunction with Kym --- - - - - - -Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership --- - - - - - -Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests --- - - - - - -Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems and platforms --- - - - - - -Managing ongoing budget and cashflow --- - - - - - -Financial reporting - daily, weekly, monthly - --- - - - - - -Capacity/utilization reconciliation (contract v. staff), manage with team on clients --- - - - - - -Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements; financial diligenceGeneral Accounting --- - - - - - -Expense report reconciliation and processing (employees and clients) --- - - - - - -Support with financial reporting - daily, weekly, monthly --- - - - - - -Accounts Payable --- - - - - - -Expense report reconciliation and processing (employees and clients --- - - - - - -Vendor, rent/utilities, 1099 payments --- - - - - - -Accounts Receivable --- - - - - - -Client invoicing, collection and reconciliation --- - - - - - -All monthly reconciliations --- - - - - - -CPA management --- - - - - - -Payroll processing --- - - - - - -Employee POC for payroll inquiries --- - - - - - -Incentive tracking and payout, POC to employee on accruals, payouts --- - - - - - -Tax filings & related filings and reports --- - - - - - -Reconciliations and adjustments --- - - - - - -Unemployment and registering new states for biz operationQualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field 5 - 7 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Detail-oriented and analytical
