Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst will support the North America
finance team by advising, implementing, and delivering innovative
solutions, helping develop reporting capabilities to support North
America leadership decision making, improving finance operations,
and creating value within the organization.
This role will be responsible for driving business performance and
value for WTW through planning and modeling, decision-oriented
analytics, and working independently to produce analytics from the
ground up. As an integral part of the North America finance team,
you are part of a strategic and agile team that broadly applies
data, modeling, research, and analytical capabilities to inform our
business strategy and drive business results.

The Role
Partner with Corporate Risk & Broking (Segment) leadership to
develop a solid annual financial plan
Create complex financial models and driver-based analysis to assist
with decision making around Producer hires, Investment hires, and
Lost business analysis
Produce and support monthly commentary, providing intelligence
around key drivers vs plan, forecast, and prior year
Own the Global Line of Business expense allocation process,
reviewing new postings, guiding offshore resources on journal entry
creation, and establishing allocation routines using a Globally
established process
Provide modeling around annual salary movement, FTE movement,
attrition metrics, and Compensation and Benefits trends for
Corporate Risk & Broking
Review hiring requisitions to confirm salaries are in plan. Provide
reporting around staff movement
Track and report on discretionary expenditures to assist business
leaders manage planned expenses
Provide support for annual Excel report conversions that align with
Corporate restructuring
Provide ad hoc analysis, modeling, and research to support business
decisions as needed
The Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
MBA or CPA a plus
5+ years related experience in financial analysis, accounting, or
business
Financial and Business acumen as evidenced by having roles with
progressively broader financial responsibilities
Proactive approach to problem solving and a customer centric
mindset
Attention to accuracy and detail, with the ability to understand
materiality
Ability to interpret and analyze financial data
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, Knowledge of Hyperion
Financial Management and Oracle Financial Applications a plus
