Job Summary:
Targeted Victory is growing, and we are looking for a Director of
FP&A to help manage our financial strategy and reporting. We're
searching for a self-starter and a curious mind to help keep our
finances insightful and help drive our company's continued
success.
The Director of FP&A will have a direct impact driving
efficiency across company operations, helping to analyze and grow
our financial position. A successful candidate will dive right in
to gain deep knowledge of our clients and product suite, adapting
and thriving in a high-energy and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for directing the organization's financial processes
that support the company's business verticals
Owning the forecasting process across all functions to ensure an
accurate, always up to date operating model
Planning, coordinating, and executing the annual budgeting
process
Manage P&L planning, estimating and reporting processes,
including: support the general ledger, managing finance and
operations files and templates, cash flow projections, and
reviewing financial variance commentary for monthly and quarter
close and estimate/budget cycles
Partner closely with department and product leads to collect and
effectively monitor financials, oversee variance commentary, and
report to leadership on financial performance
Contribute to presentations to the leadership team meeting and
perform ad hoc analyses, providing insightful views into business
operations and financial performance
Support with operational duties
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Accounting, Finance or
related field
7+ years of experience in FP&A or Accounting role and excellent
financial modeling skills
Strong analytical skills, process thinker, forecasting/planning
skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to
present effectively to audiences at all levels of an
organization
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented
environment
Self-starter who can work independently and take initiative in
challenging situations
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments in a
constantly changing and challenging environment
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
Current working knowledge of Maconomy, Tableau, and Salesforce
preferred
