Job Description:
Direct Hire role with Apex Systems Junior Financial Analyst
supporting a DoD client Location: Arlington VA Salary: $75k yearly
including benefits, PTO, 401kJob Description - Analyze, monitor,
and report commitment, obligation, and expenditure data. - Capture
and integrate weekly obligation and expenditure updates to a
central financial database. - Conduct monthly financial statement
reconciliations. - Produce financial status reports (ad-hoc and
recurring). - Prepare presentations related to travel costs, budget
execution, and expenditure tracking for use in program
decision-making by senior leaders. - Assist in preparing annual
budget submissions and audit preparation activities. - Identify
areas for business process improvement and recommend solutions
pertaining to financial execution, tracking, and reporting.Willing
to train and upskill someone who has an active Top Secret Clearance
